This July, we are launching another Employee Referral Hiring Bonus event called "July Jackpot”, and we want you and your team to be a part of it.

The Referral Bonus is Doubled:

For all of July, we're boosting the referral bonus for Caregivers, Registered Nurses (RNs), and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) from $500 to $1000. That's right, double the reward for every successful referral you make!

Participation Guidelines:

On Lok employees can tell their friends and network about our need for skilled caregivers and nursing staff.

• If they join through the referral, the On Lok employee must have their name indicated as the referrer on the applicant's On Lok Application.

• As a reminder, please ensure all interviews are scheduled and the referred applicant must accept a verbal offer in July for the On Lok employee to receive the July Jackpot bonus.
