March Madness Referral Program

Double Your Reward in March! Until March 31, On Lok employees can earn a $1000 referral bonus for successfully referring Caregivers. Make sure your name is on the applicant's application and that they accept a verbal offer in March.

Exciting news!

For the entire month of March, we're boosting the referral bonus for Caregivers from $500 to $1000. That's right, double the reward for every successful referral you make!

On Lok employees can spread the word to their friends and network about our need for skilled caregivers. If they join through the referral, the On Lok employee must have their name indicated as the referrer on the applicant's On Lok Application.

Let's make this March Madness event a huge success by doubling the impact we can create together.
