As we enter the Year of the Wood Snake, I enjoy seeing how our teams celebrate the rich cultural traditions that have been at the heart of On Lok for over five decades.
Year-round, On Lok's Activities Team and center staff thoughtfully plan events, like our treasured Lion Dances, that ensure our celebrations continue to bring joy and connection to our seniors, staff, and their families. Traditions like these and inspired Zoom backgrounds for virtual meetings help us blend time-honored customs with modern approaches to support an inclusive work environment.
As we celebrate Lunar New Year, or Tết, as our Vietnamese community calls it, we recognize this celestial event's significance across many Asian cultures. The diversity of traditions within On Lok enriches our service delivery and strengthens our connection to each other and the seniors we serve.
On behalf of the Senior Leadership Team, I extend our warmest wishes for prosperity, good fortune, and continued success. The Lunar New Year offers an opportunity to draw inspiration from symbolism. Just as the snake moves with purpose and precision, we must move forward, united in our strategic vision and ambitious plans for PACE Expansion. The Year of the Wood Snake also embodies wisdom and transformation—qualities that resonate deeply with On Lok's mission as we continue to evolve and expand our impact while honoring our cultural foundations.
