Over the next six weeks, we are focused on getting items out of 45 Admin so we can decommission the building by August 8th.
The last day for onsite meetings is July 19. Desk space will also be limited between July 19 and July 31.
After July 31, the office is restricted to the Finance team and Office Experience Coordinator until August 8.
After August 8, access to 45 Fremont is closed to all employees. Please plan to work at home or another center for about 90 days.
When we have more information, we will update you on the estimated move-in dates to our new SF Admin home.
Remove any personal items before June 30th.
We will sweep desks and lockers on July 1 & 2 and begin disposing of items.
Clean out lockers and fridge.
Don’t remember your locker combination? Annie Ly has a master key.
Contact your Vendors and Change your Shipping Address to Gee Center for incoming packages.
Notify Purchasing Manager, Angie Chuang at achaung@onlok.org, so she can expect your packages.
No onsite meetings at 45 starting July 19th, and limited desk space at 45 through July 31st.
Book space at Gee, Fremont Admin, Peralta or another center for in person meetings after July 19.
Use Outlook to book meeting space at Gee, Fremont Admin or another center.
Use SpaceIQ to book a hoteling desk at Gee, Fremont Admin, or Peralta
Return your Shorenstein badge for the building by July 31 either by:
Interoffice mail to Security
Drop off with Annie Ly
Give to your Team Captain
Trash bins from 45admin Building Management are now available.

More confidential shred bins will arrive after July 1st
Electronic waste can be disposed of at the front desk of 45 Admin
Team Captains (TCs) will help coordinate, communicate, and lead each impacted department throughout the move. If you have any questions, please start with your TC.
