For South and East bay Location, please note:

Our onsite clinics only provide TB skin testing/results (not blood tests or x-rays) and TB questionnaire. For faster service, please complete the TB questionnaire that was sent via email, and submit it to people@onlok.org by 4/11/2024. If you miss this deadline, please email people@onlok.org for authorization to visit and complete the questionnaire at Concentra. .

Did you know elderly populations are disproportionally affected by Tuberculosis? As humans age, the potential for a compromised immune system grows, along with other age-related comorbidities.

We are offering annual TB testing for On Lok employees at many of our centers this Spring.

Being mindful of how our health affects others will help reduce the risk of transmission.
