As part of our Fiscal Year 2026 priority to expand On Lok PACE and serve more seniors, we invite staff to learn more about the PACE model of care. This is a great opportunity for all of our employees to learn about the program that On Lok pioneered over 50 years ago — the Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).

The more you are informed about On Lok PACE, the more you can play a role in growing On Lok PACE!

With two new PACE Centers opening in the South and East Bay, plus capacity to grow in San Francisco and Community Day Services, every new participant we reach helps us touch more lives and strengthen On Lok’s future. Invite your friends, family, and community members to join the session and see how On Lok PACE can support seniors in our Bay Area communities.
