As we reflect on another extraordinary year, the senior leadership team and I are filled with gratitude for the dedication, compassion, and resilience that define our On Lok community.

2025 was a year of meaningful transformation. We advanced major initiatives, like preparing to open new PACE centers in Union City and South San Jose, deepening our partnerships across the region so more older adults can access the high-quality, culturally responsive care that is our hallmark. We also strengthened our internal foundations, preparing for the Mission Possible launch of Oracle and ADP and working to align to a calendar-year financial schedule enabling us to plan, manage resources, and measure impact with more clarity than ever before.

Some of my fondest memories were the moments we shared together. From festive cultural celebrations, community events and center gatherings to staff appreciation events and milestone retirements, the warmth of our community shone brightly. These moments of connection remind me that the heart of On Lok has always been, and will always be, our people.

Looking ahead, 2026 will be a defining year. We will welcome new participants into our two new PACE Centers in Union City and South San Jose, grow our non PACE programs such as Community Day Services and On Lok Enhanced Care Management while we continue modernizing our systems and improving our processes, and reinforce our commitment to operational excellence across all programs. With your partnership and dedication, I am confident we will continue to elevate On Lok’s impact as a leader in senior care.
