PACE Expansion is a cornerstone of our FY26 strategic priority: Growing On Lok PACE to Serve More Seniors, and we are excited about the opportunities for our employees to be a part of this tremendous milestone.

On Lok is making exciting progress on two new PACE centers — in Union City and South San Jose — anticipated to open in early 2026. These centers will expand our capacity to serve seniors across southern Alameda and Santa Clara counties, helping us reach more participants and their families.

Staffing these new centers is a top priority to ensure a successful launch.

For a limited time, we have posted the available jobs internally only. This means our current employees have the ideal opportunity to explore potential positions they might be interested in before the general public has a chance to apply. Internal applications only are now available, and we encourage staff to explore this opportunity to help shape the future of On Lok’s growing PACE program.
