What Would You Call SF Admin?

Help us rebrand the SF Admin Slack channel and name the conference rooms in our new home at 71 Stevenson Street!

As we get closer to working together in person in our new SF Admin office, we want to rebrand our communication channel on Slack and rename our new conference rooms!

The name of our Slack channel will reflect a fun place for us to get together and share information.

We’d like our conference room names to be inclusive of all the areas where On Lok serves seniors, in San Francisco and the South/East Bay.

And a Pro Tip! Try to suggest a name of a place or landmark that can be photographed. Once they are named, we are planning a photo contest to decorate our conference rooms!

If you would like to participate in this contest, please use THIS LINK to share your creative name ideas. You can submit a Slack channel name or names for one or up to five conference rooms.

Contest Guidelines Submitting your Suggestions…

• Entries are due by the end of the day on Friday, October 18

• Provide your suggested Slack channel name and/or conference room name and an explanation of the meaning of the name.

• For conference rooms, please suggest locations, landmarks, or places that can be photographed in the cities where On Lok serves seniors.

• For the slack channel, you can be more fun and casual!

• Don’t worry about submitting a unique name—duplicates are fine! If you have shared ideas in Slack, feel free to submit them again via the form.

• Suggesting an acronym? Be sure to let us know what it stands for.

• The change team and steering committee will review and select the top submissions for rebranding our Slack channel and naming our conference rooms.

• We will announce our winners on the rebranded slack channel, our SF Admin Move Sharepoint Site, and in the Voice.
