New Partnerships! Launched collaborations with UCSF Cancer Educators, Washington Hospital Provider Health Education, Santa Clara Valley Medical Burn Unit Outreach, and San Francisco Public Health CHIPPS. These partnerships are strengthening community connections, elevating our outreach, and generating qualified leads.
Enrollment Growth! The first quarter of FY26 (July–September 2025) closed with 98 total enrollments, an increase from 93 during the same period last year.
Record Month! September alone brought in 38 enrollments, with San Francisco leading at 23 — the region’s highest monthly total since 2021!
These successes remind us that enrollment is a team effort. Every On Lok employee has a role to play in sharing our story and embodying our values. If you want to learn more about the PACE model of care and specific services On Lok provides, consider attending a PACE Virtual Open House held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.
Share the Mission in Everyday Conversations
When discussing On Lok PACE with friends, family, neighbors, or community groups, share how it helps older adults live with dignity and independence.
Use simple, relatable language—explain that PACE keeps seniors healthy at home, avoiding unnecessary nursing home stays.
Engage with Local Community Events
Wear On Lok gear (t-shirts, pins, tote bags) at local health fairs, cultural festivals, or volunteer activities.
Encourage people you meet to ask about On Lok, and offer to connect them with Enrollment Outreach.
Leverage Your Networks
If you know someone caring for an older adult, let them know about On Lok PACE and how we support both seniors and caregivers.
Share On Lok updates and resources on your personal social media.
Direct People to the Right Place
You don’t need to know all the details—just be a bridge. Offer On Lok’s main phone number, website, or direct them to the Enrollment Outreach team.
The goal isn’t for every staff member to “sell” PACE, but to spark curiosity, build trust, and connect people to the right resources. Each of us can play a part in growing awareness.
