Open Enrollment Starts TODAY

From October 28 to November 8, each benefit eligible staff will have a chance to review, change, and confirm their health care coverage and supplemental plans. Benefits go into effect on January 1, 2025.

This is the time to evaluate all available options to be sure your selections are right for you and your family for the upcoming year from a health, wellness, and financial perspective. During Open Enrollment, you can enroll, change, or waive your plan options and add or remove dependents from your coverage. No changes are allowed after November 8 or during the plan year unless you experience a qualifying life event defined by the IRS.

  • This is a passive enrollment year unless staff utilize Chinese Hospital in San Francisco*. Staff who plan to receive care at Chinese Hospital will need to choose the On Lok Health and Wellness Plan with Chinese Hospital HRA during open enrollment.
