We're offering a sneak peek of a new initiative coming out called Appreciation in Action. This was inspired by feedback from the recent Employee Engagement Survey emphasizing the importance of feeling recognized and valued. This effort marks the start of a culture shift, inviting all employees to help make appreciation a visible, everyday part of how we work together.

A few months ago, we invited you to share your thoughts and experiences through our annual Employee Engagement Survey in partnership with Culture Amp. We deeply appreciate your voice, and we’ve been listening.

Senior Leadership has reviewed the company-wide results, and a clear theme emerged from your feedback: the importance of feeling recognized, seen, and valued — not just for what you do, but for who you are.

We heard you. That’s why we’re launching a new company-wide focus on Recognition, using the theme:

Appreciation in Action

This is the beginning of a culture shift. Appreciation in Action invites each of us to help create a workplace where recognition is visible, genuine, and shared by everyone, not just from the top down, but also peer-to-peer and across every level.

It’s about celebrating the small moments, the quiet efforts, and the everyday contributions that keep us connected and strong.
