Happy Anniversary Grace

This month, we get to celebrate something truly special, and I have been looking forward to sharing this one.

Our CEO, Grace Li, is marking 25 years with On Lok and 10 years leading us as CEO! Twenty-five years of showing up, growing, and giving to this organization. Ten years guiding us as our CEO. That is extraordinary, and Grace deserves every bit of recognition she is receiving. Grace joined On Lok on April 2, 2001, as Director of Program Operations. I have watched, as so many of us have, what it looks like when someone truly grows with an organization. Grace is that person. Today, as only the fourth CEO in On Lok's history, she leads with compassion, optimism, and a steadiness that I think we all feel, even when times are hard. Grace has also been one of the most passionate champions of the PACE model I have ever seen. She does not just believe in what we do; she helps everyone around her understand why it matters and who it is for. That kind of leadership changes people. It changed me. Grace, thank you for your vision, your heart, and your commitment to building something that truly matters for our staff, our participants, and our communities.
