Spring Into Referrals

Exciting news, On Lok team! We are thrilled to announce the launch of our “Spring into Referrals” event. This April, we’re making it even more rewarding to help grow our community of dedicated professionals.

🌼 The Big Highlight: Double the Reward

For the entire month of April, we are doubling the referral bonus for the following roles:

• Caregivers

• Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs)

• Registered Nurses (RNs)

Instead of the usual $500, you will receive $1,000 for every successful referral in these categories!

How to Participate

1. Spread the Word: Reach out to your friends and professional network about our openings for caregivers, LVNs, and RNs.

2. Tag Your Referral: Ensure your candidate lists your full name as the referrer on their On Lok Application.

3. The Timeline: Your referral does not have to start working in April to qualify for the "Spring into Referrals" bonus. They simply need to accept a verbal offer during the month and start their journey with us once onboarding is complete.
