This transition marks the final step in replacing Okta. This milestone supports our ongoing Digital Transformation, simplifying your daily technology experience and laying the foundation for future capabilities like improved automation, self-service access, and AI-enabled tools.
We know that transitioning to a new application takes time, and just as we are committed to caring for our participants, we are equally committed to supporting our staff. To ensure a seamless experience for everyone, our IT team has provided step-by-step installation guides. We recognize the diversity of our team, which is why these guides are available in multiple languages:
June 8–18: Staff self-service installation and registration period.
June 22 (Go-Live): Microsoft Authenticator officially becomes the required MFA method for all staff accessing On Lok systems.
We want to ensure everyone is fully supported during this setup. You can access help in several ways:
